The Stone Lodge is situated in Matlock Bath a village and spa resort which lies in the Derbyshire Dales 1.5 miles south of Matlock town on the main A6 road. The village is located 17.3 miles north of Derby, 10.7 miles southwest of Chesterfield and is affectionately known as the seaside town of Derbyshire.

Our clients have owned Stone Lodge since September 2021 where the business traded under tenanted operation as a 4 bedroom self catering guesthouse popular with tourists, backpackers and visitors to the local area.
