Opened in 2016, this well-established neighbourhood café is now up for sale. We have built up a loyal local following since our establishment and are well known for our barista made artisan coffee and freshly prepared food. We offer both a breakfast and lunch menu which includes cooked breakfast items, hot & cold sandwiches & paninis, jacket potatoes, salads and a wide variety of cakes.
The café occupies a lovely corner plot in Chatterton Village in Bromley Common and has both indoor and private outdoor seating space with over 30 covers in total. The space is light and airy and has a nice flow from indoor to the private outside side which also includes a covered gazebo area.
Due to our commitments elsewhere, we have recently had to scale back on our involvement in the café. This has in turn, reduced our opening days and hours and we now feel this is a good time to pass on the business to new owners who will have the time to expand and push the business forward.
This opportunity would be ideal for someone who has considered entering the industry, or is already employed in the industry and wants to own and run their own business.
We are currently open on Wednesday to Saturday 9-2 so there is clear potential for an expansion of these hours and further growth.
We have a 5 star food hygiene rating and also excellent ratings on google, facebook & Tripadvisor.
The sale will include a secure new lease, goodwill, all fixtures & fittings (including a La Marzocco Linea coffee machine) £30,000 plus stock (at valuation).
