The Cave Bar & Club operated as a nightclub/late night venue with the majority of its trade being generated by residents of the local area. The business operated on Friday and Saturday nights only, plus Sundays (when followed by a bank holiday). Our client unfortunately had to close the business after Christmas 2024 due to other business and family commitments elsewhere in the country.

Projected net sales for the year ending 2024 were approximately £170,000, with net profits in the region of £70,000. The business offers scope to increase trade by extending the current opening hours, offering afternoon drinking in the main bar and hosting live music events.
