The rear seating area can seat approximately 20 customers with a mix of booths, banquet seating and loose tables and chairs.  There is also small private/VIP area positioned just off the rear section which can seat a further 25 customers approximately with fixed banquet seating and loose tables and chairs.   This area was previously used as a kitchen and could be converted back should a new operator wish to go down the restaurant/food route.

Double doors from the rear section lead out into a good size beer garden which can accommodate circa 50 customers with fixed wooden bench seating and picnic style benches.
