Styleee Corporation LTD is a musical property company that specialises in providing storage and studio space to bands and producers on casual terms in London, Bristol and Brighton.

The company has 11 leasehold properties housing a combination of over 200 music studios and storage spaces.

Styleee Corporation started life as a spare time exercise for the band Imperial Leisure and quickly became their main focus as popularity grew. We offer spaces that tend to suit low to mid level budgets, we find our pricing encourages clients to stay with us long term, some clients have been with us for over six years. The company director is the sole shareholder and the only official employee of Styleee Corporation. The day to day running of the Styleee Corporation is handled by a network of self employed individuals who also serve other areas in the music industry.

The company has always been profitable but unfortunately prior to the Covid 19 pandemic we proceeded with what was expected to be a very profitable expansion. The timing of the pandemic devastated our cash flow and halted our expansion plans. Two years on despite our efforts we have not been able to balance the books. Applications we made for covid relief and business relief were denied and as a result we have unmanageable business rates debts with various local authorities.

Outside investment or a buyer is required to take on the business rates debt we are unable to cover. 

Our expansion plans would see us add an additional 50 studios and storage spaces to our existing sites while also making upgrades to existing studios. Given enough time, this further development of our existing sites would cover our debts and generate greater profits over all, unfortunately we are out of time which leaves a great opportunity for someone else.
