Business Details

PAKISTANI RESTAURANT IN PRIME LOCATION FOR SALE.

THE RESTAURANT IS HALAL A3 ON BUSY ILFORD LANE WITH HUGE POTENTIAL WITH FURTHER GROWTH. IT IS AN EXCELLENT, HIGHLY PROFITABLE PAKISTANI RESTAURANT.

The restaurant has been established for three years. I have owned it for one year and rebranded it recently. The main Ilford station is within a five - 10 minute walk with many bus routes. We are on a main street, prime location.

The area has healthy competition and the sale is for the leasehold of the business. The fixtures, fittings and everything is to be sold with the stock sold separately. The turnover is available upon request. The business has been operating successfully with an increase in turnover. Our current opening hours are 11 am - 11 pm.

We have a social media presence on social media platforms and we are partnered with Ubereats, Just Eat and Deliveroo. We are willing to offer training opportunities to the new owners.
