Furniture retail shop for sale
For sale is a reputable furniture business along with its stock. The business has been established since 2016 in Welling, London. It is in a prime location in Welling centre. We are adjacent to major supermarkets and public transport routes with Welling station only a 2-minute walk away.
There are two other furniture shops in the area but, our furniture is different from theirs. The tenure for the property is a rolling contract - every six months. Our asking price is £25,000 for the sale of the business. The sale includes a van, storage container and all the stock.
The weekly turnover of the business is £6,000 - 10,000, depending on the week. Since introducing the new furniture, the turnover has been increasing. The current opening hours are 8:30 am - 6:00 pm, seven days a week. We have two part-time employees. The shop has a social media presence on Facebook and Instagram.
