If you continue just with fast food sales are 5,000 plus a week with only few members of staff to carry on with this simple menu.

There is demand for us to close late but we close 11.30.

We operate approx six hours a day.

There is massive scope to increase menu items and increase sales and not to close one day and operate seven days a week.
