It has come to the time to sell my little business after two years. I have nurtured it through a tough time of lockdowns and have put in a lot of hard work and time into a busy profitable company. I am selling as a going concern as the Deli has no financial difficulties.
The Deli is a fully equipped, fully staffed entity with a five-star food hygiene rating that has built a very good reputation for serving quality food products being eaten on the premises (with seating for 10-16) or delivered to your door.
We also have a mobile catering van that has an established round that provides everything from Jacket Potatoes to cold sandwiches, drinks and snacks. The Deli has a Facebook page with over 2500 followers and has five years left on its current lease. The Deli has massive potential as it's still growing.
The reason for selling is that I have other commercial commitments that require more of my time.
