Business Details

The lease on this well-positioned ground floor property was taken by McColls in 2019 but has never been occupied or fitted out as a Convenience Store. It has a wide frontage on the very busy Islington Row Middleway near Birmingham city centre.

The Store has an overall internal space of approximately 2,800 sq. ft. and will require a full refit. Services are connected and there is rear delivery access.

On acquiring the site in 2019 our clients estimated that the store would be capable of taking over £20,000 per week, but the planned development of the site never went ahead.
