Business Details

Well-located tearoom for sale - leasehold

The tea room is in Bromsgrove and has been established for two and a half years. It is located in a prime location on the high street. The tea room is in the heart of the city with many retailers nearby. The bus station and train station are a mile away.

There is healthy competition in the area but, none of our competitors is like us. Our business is different from your everyday cafe, as we are a tearoom.

The sale is for the leasehold of the business. The lease finishes in June but, the new landlord is happy to renew. I would like to sell the business for 16000, or your nearest offer. The sale includes everything except the coffee machine which is on rent. The stock is included in the price. The reason behind the sale is a change of family circumstances.

The current opening hours are 9:30 - 3:30 pm & 10:00 -3:00 pm / over five days a week (the new owner can open longer). We have a staff of four employees. The business does not have any social media presence at the moment. There is potential to create a social media presence.

We are willing to offer training opportunities to the new owners. We are also happy to introduce you to new clientele.
