The premises is situated on the main road between Oldham and Saddleworth in a prime location. There is public transport in the area. It is on the main road to the town centre with ample parking space on site. There is a main bus route with stops outside the shop.
There is no competition in the surrounding area. The sale is for the leasehold of the business. The sale price (upon request) includes all fixtures and fittings. The weekly turnover of stock is included. There has been an increase in turnover (available upon request) over the years.
