It is in a prime location on a busy road in SE London. The shop is of good size with lots of plumbing, DIY, and bathroom products. There are two shops combined with parking at the rear (private). Around 19-20 years are remaining on lease with low rent.
Not only do we get customers from the trade we also get them from the non-trade. There is space in front of the shop with a 5-meter canopy, to display the products. We have a kitchen, WC and a separate office. The sale price includes fixtures, fittings and stock.
