Fully fitted mobile catering van is a Volkswagen Crafter Long Wheel base 2 litre diesel vehicle and the owner informs us that it is MOT’d until December 2021. It has a gross payload of 3.5 tonnes and has a recorded mileage of approximately 148,000 miles.
DESCRIPTION
In the fully fitted van are 2 counter fridges, counter freezer, laminated work top surfaces, drinks fridge, microwave, coffee machine, 4 hob gas burner, doner kebab machine, double deep fat fryer, triple griddle, extraction above, double stainless steel sink unit, hot water boiler, storage cupboards, cash register, servery counter, heat removing vents, LED lighting, awning, tables and chairs. The cooking is powered by LPG as which is in the rear of the van.
TRADING & BUSINESS
The business has been operated since May 2020 by our client and it has specialised in the sale of Punjabi street food (this cuisine could easily be changed). The van has been operating at various pitches and events including Winchester Street Food Market, Bournemouth Pier Street Food Corner, Wimborne Market/Car Boot, Dorchester Market and Reading University Campus. The owner is now seriously ill and unfortunately can no longer operate the business, thus the van is being reluctantly sold.
