Two refurbished Pashley ice cream tricycles complete with mains chest freezers, wicker pannier baskets, hand wash sinks, new parasols, levelling ramps - everything you need!
We have also included a gazebo (5mx3m), so you can work whatever the weather and a generator to make money in the middle of a field if you want to without the need for an electric supply.
The opportunities are limitless, cycle around city centres or tourist hot spots. There are always people who will buy ice cream - we have done well with weddings, children's parties, school proms and fetes, university graduations and summer balls.
They both fit together into a short wheelbase Transit van, so moving them is easy.
All the signage is on velcro fitted boards, so a name change is easy if you prefer - we often run the two together at the same event, one doing Prosecco the other ice creams, each with different signage.
Some Councils will require you to have a Street Trading Licence. (usually about £250 a year) but it's free here in Malvern, where we are based.
We have always sold wrapped hard ice cream - usually Walls. The brand is recognised, there are no quality issues, and it's much easier than a soft scoop to count stock if you employ staff. Selling wrapped ice cream returns us 68% gross.
