For the past 10 years we have built up a fairly unique business dealing with the online advertising and marketing for B&B’s, Hotels, & Guest Houses.
Before COVID the business was making a net profit at the end of the year, and was sole source of income for a number of years for a family. Over the past 3-4 years we were not really putting enough time and effort into growing the business further, as we took on other business interests which also take up a large amount of our time, so our time and energy was split between the two.
This was fine until the impact of COVID effected everything. Both this and our other business now need full time input to put them back into strong positions, and we simply cannot do both, therefore we have decided to relcutantly give away this company and concentrating on the other business as the other is also where we live.
It is a small business with a lot of potential that can be run from anywhere in the world with an internet connection, by just one person. Purchase of the business includes its website, full training, phone systems and everything else you need. We want to have a smooth handover of the business to help the existing clients as much as the new owner. For the first three months we would be available for full support, which can be done either remotely or preferably you can come to us and work here where we would be able to offer better support.
Essentially we are giving the business away, but the buyer must be aware that they are taking on debt with the business that was incurred as a result of the business being at a virtual standstill throughout COVID, however this is arranged debt which can be paid off over a number of years.
The right person will be able to grow this business back to what it was and beyond.
