Two distinct offerings:,
1) Mobile sawmill service: Taking the mill to clients' farm/estate/garden etc. to mill their trees in situ. Generates significant value for customer on their site, elminating the costs and difficulties of transporting large heavy trees to static sawmills.

Typically sawlogs can be purchased in bulk for around £100-£130/ton: milled timber cladding, for example, sells out at around £14 sqm, which is the equivalant of £3000/ton. The mill can easily create 50sqm of cladding in a day shift with a single operator. Double that with an additional labourer.
