Green Printing Solutions Limited is an established imaging supplies company with over 2,500 active customers throughout the UK. We've managed to build an excellent reputation over the five and a half years we've been in business not only with our loyal customer base but within the wider printer consumables industry and supply chain.
We provide a free recycling service to all our customers as well as prospective customers, so they can avoid sending their waste to landfill; we have a partnership with the Alzheimers Society so that any value in the empty/used printer cartridges is donated directly to them. Consequently, we give our customers a complete solution of supplying their consumables and taking the waste away not only in an ecological way but we support an excellent charity fighting a disease which is now the UK's biggest killer.
We specialise in a high margin aftermarket (remanufactured) product, which the OEM manufacturers cannot compete with on price. We have developed relationships with international suppliers/manufacturers, ensuring the product is of the highest standard of quality and reliability. We have a low-risk strategy of drop shipping >95% of our customer's orders directly from our suppliers so that we only need to purchase what we sell. Our suppliers stock all of our packaging and marketing material accordingly.
We have an excellent team of nine staff, including five full-time sales staff, our accounts run in line with the calendar year, and despite being closed (from the first lockdown starting march 2020) for 10 weeks in 2020, we returned a net profit of £130,137 before tax with a turnover of £557,091, this was preceded by a 2019 net profit of £95,647 before tax with a turnover of £521,637. We have successfully negotiated the challenges of COVID-19 related restrictions on the business and industry, and the projections this year are for turnover to reach £700,000 with a £150,000 - £160,000 Net profit before tax.
