Freehold UK’s Largest Hot Tub Rental Company (6 branches)

Harry's Hot Tubs is a well-established Hot tub rental company, providing and range of products to rent across 13 major cities in England.

The Company has been operating successfully in one of the most profitable sectors of the economy, with proven processes and expertise that enables it to adapt to meet the needs of a wide range of clients across the UK.

Harry's Hot Tubs underwent a large expansion in February 2021 and represents an excellent opportunity for an entrepreneurial acquirer to acquire a growing Hot Tub rental company and benefit from the Company’s continual growth and exceptional potential.

• Unique in being able to relocate anywhere.

Growth Opportunities.

• Significant growth potential and easy scalability to swiftly increase operations across the UK.

• Targeted marketing campaign with specific focus on students and parties.

Transaction.

The vendor is asking for £200,000 for the entire share capital of the Company. The decision to sell follows the shareholders’ decision to seek an ambitious new owner who can build on Harry's Hot Tub's strengths and realise the Company’s significant growth potential.

Manchester and Liverpool.

Nottingham and Sheffield, Loughborough.

Birmingham and Coventry.

Staff.

There are currently six full-time members of staff not including the present owner. Each has a fully branded van and set of tubs/hire equipment (all owned by the company). The owner also uses a free-lance web designer who has built and now looks after the website.

Transport.

The sale includes all six vans which are a selection of branded VW Caddy, Peugeot Partners and Citroen Berlingo's ranging from 15,000 - 90,000 miles. Mileage will increase as they are all still in use.

Website.

Up until February 2021, all bookings were taken manually by the owner through social media. From March onwards, they are not all taken through the website so bookings come in without lifting a finger.

Payments are from March onwards have all been taken online via Stripe Payments. All deposits are processed here too so the staff never handle cash.

Social Media.

The HHT Instagram has just short of 13,000 followers and is loved by students across the country. The cult following has enabled the owner to boost income through the sale of merchandise such as lanyards, hoodies, and bucket hats. This is yet another opportunity to maximize profitability as it has not yet been fully explored.

Overview.

The Company has successfully grown turnover and profitability in the year ending 2020 despite the short-term impact of Covid, reflective of HHT's excellent service offering, resilient and creative management team and workforce, and the strength of relationships with its broad client base.

In February, the company was expanded to four new areas across the UK leading to a large increase in revenue and profits.

Supported by the diversification of its service offering, and the successful establishment of a concerted marketing strategy, the growth in turnover and profitability is forecast to continue in FY22 and beyond, with forecast FY22 turnover and EBITDA of £250,000 and £90,000 respectively.
