Matchstixx is an exciting new socially responsible gaming app.
This is a unique app that allows people to challenge each other on virtually anything without spending real money, while keeping the excitement of placing a wager and winning on the outcome. It is designed to reduce the monetary impact of addictions in the UK and increasingly across the globe.
The concept is based on matching bespoke challenges with either a friend or a group of friends anywhere in the world. Users select friends to place bespoke challenges using Matchstixx as a wager. Each user will stake a number of Stixx as a wager, set the odds and & time frame and the friend will “match” the challenge via a notification. “I think Arsenal will beat Leicester City this weekend”, I bet you 2:1 & 100 Stixx. The friend receives the challenge and accepts. The winner of the outcome will receive the winnings climb a series of rankings boards.
At home, most people use matches as currency when playing games, where no money is changing hands. We take this concept to the app. Develop a freemium app that allows users to wager or place challenges against other users using Matchstixx as currency.
The app is designed to combine the thrill of placing wagers or challenging friends and that winning feeling without spending any money. Users can wagers peer to peer to vs all users on the app.
The audience for this app is huge. The potential of the feature enhancements will make the app a one stop shop for short gaming periods in a persons day. We will introduce skill-based games, sporting & financial api, chat functions and 3rd party connectivity.
The revenue stream is from the In app purchase of more tokens. The expansion will include adverts as an additional revenue stream and a non-advert paid option.
