The business has excellent reviews on TripAdvisor and, which generates a good level of bookings.  Rooms are charged from £100 B&B for a twin room, up to £150 for the Adniston Suite.  Reduced pricing is offered for single occupancy.  The rates are undoubtedly competitive for the standard of accommodation provided.

Situated in the heart of East Lothian, the business enjoys a peaceful, rural location but it is also just a few minutes from the A1 making it popular for an overnight stopover or relaxing weekend, or larger parties visiting Musselburgh Races, weddings at the nearby Winton Castle or the array of local golf courses.

The substantial grounds could also provide additional accommodation going forward, with potential for perhaps a lodge or two, subject to the relevant consent being obtained.
