The tea rooms are located in the centre of a busy market town in West Sussex. The tea rooms have become a destination venue with many customers travelling to the town especially just to visit.  The café has been in the current vendor’s hands for 8 years and during this time have received excellent reviews on Facebook, Google Reviews and Trip Advisor.
