Takings are split approx. 2/3 restaurant & 1/3 takeaway – although takeaway trade higher during peak season when seating capacity fully exploited.

Open 362 days per year (although owners take a 3 month break during winter period, to focus on an alternative overseas enterprise, and their main staff and manager capably operate). Main trade focused on lunch & teas during winter, whereas during summer period evening meals also provided.

Just Eat deliveries provided to surrounding area

Run by a husband and wife team, supported by a manager and 3 other permanent staff, although during summer season staff increase by approx. 6 more casual staff.
