An unmissable oppertunity for an experienced retailer. We are a fast growing company who have deicded to close our Whitstable store as found distance from our other sites a challange. It is a large unit in a prime location on the highstreet in the busy affluent town of Whitstable.
The site is done up to a very high standard with refridgeration and airconditioning still in the location so someone could move in and trade almost immediatly. Rent in Whitstable is not cheap and it is in a prime spot we still have five years remaining on our lease so we are looking for an experienced operator to come in and sublet the unit from us for the next five years.
We currently pay 55,000 for the rent but are prepered to contribute 20,000 per annuam for the correct person to come in and operate the site, therefore leaving a rent of just 35,000 per annum.
