Open Air Cinema with 40 Locations across the South UK with huge expansion opportunity.
So in total we have the following locations:
12) New Malden.
30) Hemel Hempstead.
33) Haywards Heath.
39) East Grinstead.
40) North Wembley.
3 of our sites are on land with a company we can't name who are testing the waters with us this year and have shown interest in getting our events on board in heaps of their other locations across the UK they have 300 over the whole of the UK, so plenty of locations to develop into - they’re a big help in marketing the events to their customers and allow us to use the toilets on site included in the hire fee so we don’t need to hire additional toilets for their events.
We would also of course be including all of our equipment which is the below plus other misc. parts:
1 x AirScreen.
1 x Panasonic PT-EZ770ZE with a ET-ELW20 Lens and a spare one too.
Projector Box with mixer and cables etc.
Transmitters and spare transmitters for the audio stand.
560 Silent Disco headphones working and around 200 that need fixing and spares etc (all relatively easy things to fix I’ve just never had the time to get around to it. ) - Plus chargers.
3 x six meter marquee.
3 x three meter marquee.
8000,000w Easy Gen Generator two x 20L Jerry cans Earthing Rod Earthing Rod Remover.
6 Ground steaks (4 for screen two spares)
Plastic barrier Shepard Polls with rope to secure the screening area.

8 collapsable bins with spare lids.
2 Scaffold planks to roll the generator in and out of the van.
1 x Large airtight container for popcorn.
Urn for tea’s and Coffee’s.
All leftover stock from the bar.
Plus heaps of other bits and bops.
Every town above has their own dedicated Facebook page with various degrees of social media following and subscriber lists.
So there are 40 Facebook pages, and the website.
Logo and names are trademarked.
The domain with all emails from the past four years with it so able to back track through any previous conversations if required. Potential leads for new locations and further business developments.
Last year we sold 18000 tickets over the summer, this summer to date we’ve sold 14,000 with a month and a half still to go.
Subscriber list is 12,000 which hasn’t really been updated from this year.
Everything is boxed into those “Really Useful Plastic Boxes” and numbered, all well organised.
Majority of the sub-contractor ground crew team are happy to come back next year and to be honest they can run the events themselves so would know how all the equipment works. Also at least one of the guys is First Aid trained and holds an Alcohol licence, who is in for next year as well.
Our main sub-contractor who does most of our day-to-day admin would like to stay on and can take charge (with a little bit of help) with getting all locations up and running. She’s great!
Our agreement with the Filmbankmedia is that they charge us 40% of 80% of the box-office, we would hope to renegotiate this again for next summer. Previous years we’ve been able to bring that down to 40% of 50% of the ticket.
We’re also liaising with an advertising company who is looking at putting together adverts to be run before the screenings to bring some extra money in next summer.
Plus we have a pitch at the Family Attraction Expo in November to boost sales in dry hire for next year.
We love the business but just not in love with it anymore and would like to sell it on a high. We want to see it succeed so will help as much as needed with making the handover smooth as possible.
