Even though I now have other personal plans I am continuing to improve the business so that it remains in good shape and has potential for expansion.

The sale of existing stock (currently valued at a cost price of approx 12K - June 19) is in addition to the business sale price.

The business has established a good working relationship and trust with suppliers over the years, Supplier contact information & the transfer of trade accounts will be included in the sale. The suppliers continue to add new lines regularly and 30 day credit is usually available on most of these accounts and/or credit card payment options I also have other verified and tested profitable wholesale contacts that I could include if you wanted to extend the range of products within the niche.

The business has excellent long term products mainly in the clothing and gadget niches. There is also partially developed action camera & accessories niche which could be fully realised with some marketing and additional cash flow. 

Return/refund rate for all these niches has been low compared to the average. I have been selling some of these products successfully for 9 years and I have continued to add new lines.  

Bonus - I am including the option to buy private label stock (not available elsewhere) from my distribution venture to sell via the website at a 40% profit margin.
The website is Google search position 4 for the brand name

Dropshipping options (orders shipped direct from the supplier)
In April this year I also added around 400 dropship products to the website. Initial email marketing and Google organic search has already generated some orders for these additional products.

Distribution and storage
I currently distribute orders from a 275sq foot storage unit in Stockport
Some of the orders are fulfilled by a third part fulfilment centre who are reliable, reasonably priced  and familiar with the products & requirements. 
There is the option to maintain the current arrangement or move all the stock to or from third party fullfilment as required.

The primary Ebay and Amazon marketplace accounts related to the business  will also be included in the sale. The business has an excellent reputation on both Ebay and Amazon with over 15000 and 600 customer feedback respectively.  

The majority of sales/profits has been generated my new yearly business on Ebay and Amazon with virtually no advertising. 5% are returning customers without any prompting to re-purchase.

A website is included in the sale. It has a long established domain name and some Google ranking for some relevant primary keywords (page 1-3). I have recently moved the site to the Shopify platform as well as re-designing and reworking the site to add some dropship functionality and better SEO optimisation.

Social media
I haven't really spent time developing any social media presence until this year. The business has Facebook page and has been slowly gaining followers from market place sales. I have recently started regular posting and prompted customers to join the fan page. 

Reason for the sale
- Time constraints (I got married Oct 2018)
- To free up cash to develop my new distribution venture

I will be available for 2 months after the completion of the sale to help, advise and give share technical expertise to enable a smooth transition and help you become familiar with the running of the business. The amount of time is open to negotiation.
In addition at a later stage I would also be occasionally willing to offer some additional paid help if required. A third party person who has helped with customer service in busy periods might also be willing to offer occasional paid support.

Some computer and technical skill is required although I will advise and offer training on relevant software/tools. I also will include a free copy of my own self designed comprehensive - ebay / amazon fees & profit calculation software 

Self written procedural blueprints will be also included for some areas of the business to help the transition.  

I will arrange all transport of stock.

The business was initially totally home based generating 20-25K net profit
The last 4 years profits (17K) reflect the costs of using paid storage and some third party fulfilment services at a cost of (5-7K a year) to free up some time.

Buyer requirements.
Some basic computer and technical skill
In addition to the sale price and cost of existing stock you would need additional cash flow to re-stock before the very busy Christmas season. However I usually find that staggered stock purchasing and use of 30 day supplier credit and credit cards enables a significant percentage of stock to be sold before payment is required.
