The current fulfilment company receives incoming stock direct from the supplier, checks it and stores it in the warehouse. When an order comes in to our website it is automatically transferred to their system. They pick, pack and ship the order according to the selected delivery method, supply appropriate packaging materials and produce a printed packing slip. Once the courier collects the order, the tracking details are automatically emailed to the customer.
Storage is charged weekly depending on the shelf space products take up in the warehouse. All other charges are only incurred when an order is fulfilled. There is a nominal fee for booking-in stock and processing exchanges / returns.
