Koop’s decor is colourful, trendy and eye catching and it is furnished with loose tables, chairs and fixed wall seating, the floor is tiled throughout. There are 2 food serveries in the restaurant:
Food servery 1 - is fully equipped with 2 refrigerators/freezers, 2 industrial microwave ovens, a deep fat fryer, a charcoal barbeque, an eye level grill and a full ventilation system.
Food Servery 2 - comprises of an ice cream making machine, a coffee machine, various fridges and freezers and an EPOS till.
Both servery counters meet all local authority and public health requirements and have recently been awarded the maximum 5 star certificate.
Ladies, Gents and Disabled toilets are located at the rear of the restaurant.
The restaurant’s preparation area is located at the rear of the restaurant, is self contained and equipped with stainless steel tables and a full range of catering equipment and fitments.
Accessed via an internal staircase the basement area is equipped with a walk in freezer, further preparation areas and catering equipment. There is also adequate storage for both fresh and dry goods.
FIXTURES AND FITTINGS
All fixtures and fittings are to be included in the sale. Any items that are owned by a third party or personal to our clients will be exempt.
Koop has the benefit of CCTV, gas supply, central heating, air conditioning a security alarm system.
At present the restaurant is not licensed to sell alcohol due to the owner preference, however following discussions with Liverpool Licensing Authority there would be no objections to any future operator applying for a Premises Licence to enable the sale of alcohol on the premises.
ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATE
An Energy Performance Certificate is being prepared by our client and will be made available to prospective purchasers in due course.
