This premises benefits from an amazing location; it is next door to the Lloyds bank HQ and is within a two-minute walk of the Hargreaves Lansdown offices. When we were operating, we focused on the office lunchtime trade during the week as we built up a strong clientele with both offices. The weekends were our busiest days, especially when the weather is shining! On both Saturday and Sunday, we would offer brunch, lunch and then stay open in the evenings to make use of our alcohol offering. Some nights during the summer we were open and serving till 10 - 10. 30 pm!
The alcohol license is effective Monday - Sunday eight am till 11 pm, and it also has a late night refreshment Monday - Sunday 11 pm till 11. 30 pm!

There is a storage room which is fully racked out, and also we kept the larder fridge and ice machine in here.
Rent is £35,000 per annum however it currently has a free rent period we have negotiated for the new owner which runs till the end of March 2019.
