Preparation room
To the rear of the kitchen and outside is a prep room with walk in fridge and freezer. There is also an ice machine and dough mixers.

Store Room
On the first floor is a large stock room. There is also a locked wine and spirit store and an office.

Gents and ladies’ toilets are also on the first floor, the ladies having disabled access. There is a fire exit leading out to a dry store room.
