We can supply our town portals worldwide and it takes us up to one month to set up the website and familiarise you with the technical side. We will support you for up to three months either remotely or on hand (non UK sites are subject to travel expenses) within reason, and as part of your UMC charges we offer continuous telephone support from 8am to 8pm Mondays to Saturdays.
The costs vary from £5000 plus VAT for a smaller town to £20,000 plus VAT for a larger town and our quarterly UMC charges are proportionate between £750 plus VAT and £3000 plus VAT and after two years are optional subject to negotiation and a small ongoing charge for upgrades. If you decided to expand your own network we offer existing Clients a significant discount of up to 50% on subsequent towns acquired.
Naturally you could commission a web design company to develop your own website, but we know from experience to be anywhere near the quality we have built, would cost in the region of £30,000 to £100,000 and that's not including graphic design, logos, format (ours' is of course copyright protected and we vigourously monitor any copies of our layout) and of course the wealth of trial and error knowledge we have amassed which we can provide to you. With our formula, for between £5000 and £20,000 you could be running a business which could generate from £100,000 to £500,000 within one year depending on the size of your town.
As a personal business, we are quite happy to share our financial experiences with you and prove the levels of income we have achieved. Similarly, we are very keen that we get on well with all potential ON-PLACES operators and so the first step would be for us to speak on the phone and/ or meet in person.
