We sell very high margin products including our amazing milkshakes made by blending Mr Whippy ice cream with a choice of over 70 leading confectionery bars and sweets. My Milkshake experiences strong demand in a growing market. We dont just sell milkshakes we are licensed by our Shopping Centres to sell milkshakes, ice cream, pick and mix and hot chocolates something for everybody in all seasons. Highly motivated and well organised, you'll set the standard for the business under your control. You'll therefore need to be the kind of person who can inspire professionalism, and yet still get on with all kinds of people - not least your customers. The Opportunity
As a self-employed retail store owner, you'll bring your skills, business approach, enthusiasm and your commitment. We, in return, supply the shop and all its commercial equipment you will own 100% of everything outright! In short, we'll be working together to grow the business. You will take over one of our established stores and own a going concern. Coupled with owning the store and all its equipment outright from the start you are ideally placed to succeed whilst reducing your risk. We currently have two established stores available to purchase:-
1. Luton
2. Walthamstow, London

My Milkshake offers a franchise opportunity with a difference we train you, we support you every step of the way, we offer great value for money, we give you our shop and all its equipment, and we only benefit from you being successful. Running a My Milkshake retail store, you'll receive all income from all shop sales. You will be expected to pay an agreed weekly royalty to My Milkshake based on sales turnover. Grow the business and exceed estimated sales while controlling your costs and your income will increase accordingly. You own the shop, the shop equipment and the shop stock. You employ and manage your own staff. You are able to determine your own product range once you have settled in and understand the demand from your customers. You will be able to work in store 5 days per week 10:30am to 6:30pm for 46 weeks of the year. Giving you two days off per week (of your choice) and six weeks of holiday per year (of your choice)
Our stores are open seven days per week and we will provide you with a free recruitment service to build your successful team. Returns On Your Investment
Your income will depend on the type My Milkshake store you run. You can look forward to potential earnings of over £30,000 per annum from year one, with plenty of opportunity for additional earnings if you exceed targets. We will require you to commit to a three years lease for the store depending on when you purchase. We do not require any security in the form of a bank guarantee; we do not need to perform credit checks. Our fee to buy the store and all its equipment is £25,000. Lease extensions are to be negotiated with the shopping center landlords typically they are based on three to five year rolling contracts. You will require working capital of only; this includes the cash float for the EPOS till and the initial food and non-food stocks. Supporting Your Success
Our excellent training will ensure you have the skills you need to succeed. Initially, you'll receive supervised work experience and an onsite training programme, tailored to suit your requirements.
