We used to have the license to market the product in the UK but found a lack of support from the US company a problem. They are now in Chapter 11. We have now developed other business interests and wish to dispose of all the product and freezers. This is a totally unique product suitable for a high footfall retail outlet(s)or as an add on for a medium size caterer already handling high value functions or perhaps a chocolate fountain supplier rather than as a single offering at a function. Buyer will need to open an account with Yara at Bedfont for dry ice if the product is to be taken to functions where it will create a real buzz and a "wow" factor. There are 400 gallons of ice cream with a retail value of £25,000, four Elcold Low temp (LT) chest freezers and three Elcold LT display cabinets. Everything is for sale for £5,000. Alternatively the buyer can hold all the product and just sell out at the rate of £60 per gallon and pay us £20 per gallon. So if you sell 10 gallons in one week your revenue is £600 and you pay us £200. We'd take back the freezers when all the product is sold out. The buyer will need to collect one freezer and one cabinet from our outlet at the Trocadero and the rest from Slough. This is a "one off" opportunity - WIGIG - but we did perfect the manufacturing process ourselves and would be happy to look at a rebrand and a JV with a partner.
