The majority of work comes through repeat business and personal recommendation, the firm has been constantly busy and productive throughout its 25 year history without the need to advertise. We also carry out some domestic maintenance work. Interest in our company is such that expansion could be easily attained with minimum effort. The work we complete involves servicing and maintenance of natural gas, LPG, oil and wood waste boilers and heating systems. We also complete a wide variety of other maintenance works such as heating control systems, catering equipment and water hygiene; however these works are normally sub-contracted out. The company also completes mechanical installation works as requested by clients. The company is Gas Safe registered for natural gas and LPG, pipe work, both above and below ground, boilers, burners including industrial, commercial and domestic. We do not employ direct labour but instead use a trusted number of sub-contract service technicians, pipe fitters and welders, who are prepared to transfer with the company. The company can be operated from home with the use of a van or estate car, but storage facilities would be required for tube, fittings, spares and equipment, including welding sets, threading machines, grinders, gas equipment, access equipment and test equipment, all of which are included in the sale. A further aspect of the company involves the complete design of heating and ventilation systems, CAD drawing works and specifications up to tender stage for some of our clients. This part of the business is excluded from the sale and retained by the seller, or can be purchased at a reasonable additional cost.
