There are no other shops like this anywhere in the surrounding areas the nearest is in the town centre approximately 5 miles away
The reason we are having to sell the shop is we have recently moved house & the travelling is too much for us we will be looking to open a similar sweet shop nearer to home
The shop will have all the fixtures and fittings & stock which it has at the moment which is all that is required for you to take over & open the next day we will also be happy to give any advise or support to the new owners
Last year the business took over £24,000 but was closed for all bank holidays & a further 80 days off of the normal 5 day week due to personal issues which means takings could have been approximately £36,000 if we had not had so much time off
The average mark up on sweets means that you make approximately 60% profit then minus overheads
