CUSTOMER BASE:- All our customers are excellent payers and many, who are at work whilst the bins are being cleaned, have agreed and arranged safe places to leave payment, all of which will be provided to the new owner. Full introduction to the customers will be given during the first month of the swap over, that way no problems should arise in your first month of trading. Some of our customers have medical problems and as a result have bin assisstance, again all this information will be provided. We have a fantastic rapport with our customers and this has been built up over a period of 2 years. The extra minute spent with some of the customers throughout the year has provided us with "word of mouth" recommendations and generous Christmas bonus's.
All routes, round and income information is available and can be provided so that the new owner knows what, where and when.
As well as getting to know our customers, we have also built up a working relationship with the waste disposal men. This is an important part of the business, respect them and they will in return respect you. If they are behind or are experiencing problems they will tell you when asked. We have an excellent rapport with one team of waste disposal men and as a result we know more or less what time and where to begin our cleaning rounds when they are working.
The Recycable Cleaning System is unique and is admitred by other cleaning firms, waste disposal men and the general public, who as a result, have been the basis of some of our business growth. The system is powered by a 2 cylinder diesel engine that works the four rotating jets that cleans the bin on the inside. Also included is a powerfull lance that can be used to clean the outside whilst up on the machine. The Water Tank CAN hold up to 1000ltrs and is fully recycable througha simple but effective filtration system. All filters are removable and can be cleaned as and when needed. Over all the system is smart, effective and easy to use.
Van Details:- FORD TRANSIT FLARESIDE PICK-UP, 2499CC IN SILVER. Recently undergone a full service, new timing belt and 2 new tyres. MOT until June 2012 and TAX is November 2011. Mileage is 73, 000.
The van is in excellent condition and full working order. The bodywork is made with Alluminium that protects the bodywork from rusting. Their is a little wear and tear on the seating inside the van, but, other than that the van is of good sound quality and is widely recognised.
