Double doors lead out of the conservatory to a terrace, then down 3 steps to a small lawn and flower beds, then down four steps to another lawn with flower beds.
From the dining room, stairs lead up to a small landing and a door that leads to the first bedroom with sash window giving views as from the conservatory but more far reaching.
From the landing a door leads to the second bedroom where there is just room for a double bed, a window gives views up the garden and aforementioned steps. The gas combi boiler and airing cupboard is here.
From the landing a further door leads up stairs to the loft room with double glazed picture window giving even further reaching views over Herefordshire and the Beautiful Welsh Mountains.
