| BUSINESS DETAILS: | Business turnover is currently £200K with much scope for improvement. Location is in the centre of a thriving market town, the town is in the process of the council rejuventing the square in which the restaurant sits and has been granted a license for outdoor seating for about 30 covers (ready in October 2011) relatively little competition in the area - a few ethnic restaurants which are very popular. We currently employ 3 full time staff plus part timers - there is no loving accommodation or allocated parking with the building but a pay and display parking area is on the Square which the restaurant sits. Only established for one year and the reason I want to sell the business is because I cannot dedicate my time to it due to other work commitments and kids etc. (I thought I could! ! ) So it is not being given the attention it deserves.
