This bar is serviced by a black marble topped servery bar and is equipped with refrigerated bottled beer cabinets, beer dispense pumps, spirit optics, icemaker, glass washer and an EPOS till system. The bar is furnished with red leather and velvet fixed wall seating, loose tables, red velvet contemporary designed chairs and grey velvet bar stools. There is a fixed DJ unit complete with a hi-tech sound-to-light system with a unique video wall; there are also a number of plasma TV screens located throughout the bar.
Lower Ground Floor
This area is accessed from an internal staircase leading from the ground floor bar; it has the capacity to cater for approximately 75 customers and is furnished with red velvet fixed wall seating, loose champagne tables, chairs and stools. The ladies and gents toilets are located in this area together with a small office. There is also an area for the storage and dispensing of keg and bottled beers.
General
Both the ground floor and lower ground floor have the benefit of air conditioning, CCTV and a security alarm system.

TENURE
