Genuine sale. We opened our little shop almost 1 year ago and it’s taken off beyond our wildest dreams. It was set out to be a little hobby for my wife alongside our other businesses but it has become so busy we can no longer cope with running 3 other businesses alongside our 4 children hence us putting it up for sale!
We have reduced our opening days to just Friday Saturday and Sunday ( open for a total of 20 hours per week) and we still take a minimum of £3000 per week. We used to open 5 days a week and would take an absolute minimum of £4000 a week often up to 6-7k. The rent is very low, as are our overheads.
If you bake your own goods you will absolutey thrive here. My wife currrentky bakes home made cakes, cookies cheesecakes and we buy everything else in. Our prep area isn’t very big but does the job and enables us to serve a very successful breakfast and lunch service which is getting busier each week.
We have 4000 social media followers and a very active page, we have also built our own app with over 220 registered active customers using it to place orders for both collection and deliveries.
We are gutted to have to let this business go but are in no major rush to sell and would like it to go to the person who will take it on and push it to its full potential.
