The main feature of the lounge is its well designed and equipped bar servery which has a fitted glass washer, two double refrigerated bottle beer and wine cabinets and EPOS till, a coffee machine and a full range of lager and beer dispensers.

Main Cabaret Lounge

This room has recently been refurbished to a high standard and is furnished with four seating booths, loose chairs, tables and bar stools.  There is also a fixed stage equipped with a sound-to-light music system. The bar servery has two triple and one double-sized refrigerated cabinets an EPOS till and draught beer and lager dispensers.

Ladies, Gents’ and Accessible toilet facilities are situated at the rear of the cabaret lounge.

Kitchen

A partly fitted kitchen is located at the rear of the property, which could be easily updated to enable food to be made available to customers.

FIXTURES AND FITTINGS

All fixtures and fittings are to be included in the sale.  Any items that are owned by a third party or personal to our clients will be exempt.

GENERAL

The Greenroom has the benefit of internal and external CCTV, central heating throughout, air conditioning and a security alarm system.

PERMITTED HOURS

12 Noon until Midnight Monday to Sunday
