PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Ground Floor

The main entrance leads into the bar area which is furnished with a mixture of loose tables, chairs and high bar stools.  The interior has recently been refurbished to a very high standard.

The bar servery is equipped with bottle beer cabinets, a selection of beer dispense pumps and an EPOS till.

There is a separate room at the rear bar which acts as a general storage area, but could easily be converted into a commercial kitchen.

At the rear of the ground floor is an outside beer garden/function area which is furnished with bench timber seating and loose bench tables.

First Floor – Bar/Dance Area

Accessed via an internal staircase this bar is mainly used for live music and invited DJs.  It is furnished with high tables and high bar stools.  The bar servery is well equipped with beer cooling cabinets, beer dispensing equipment and an EPOS till.

Beer Store

The present owner has recently built a separate refrigerated beer and bottle store which is located at the rear of the property.

Toilets

Ladies and gents’ toilet facilities are located on this floor together with an administration office.

FIXTURES AND FITTINGS

GENERAL
