This well respected cleaning company was established in July 2010. From the outset we have focused on End of Tenancy, upholstery and carpet cleaning only with the odd pre-tenancy clean if requested, we also have a few contracts with offices and communal areas; this has resulted in bringing strong margins for the business in its first couple of years of operation. I have built strong relations with all my clients (Estate Agents) who not only use my services but also recommend my services to new Tenants and landlords. All requests are responded to in a prompt manner. My current client base is spread across 5-7 companies, ranging from small to one of the largest Estate Agents in the UK. This results in a stable revenue base from which we have grown. Currently looking for a business associate / investor as we look to expand operations in to new fields within the service industry, I am confident of a continued level of increase in trade during the coming year / years but need assistance in securing finance to expand.
