We are probably the most successful spiritual shop in Margate Kent. We provide the most unique and beautiful crystals , gifts, hand made products,tibetan hemp bags, incense and much more.. We give the physical shop located in Margate, 1 website for beauty treatments, 1 new online shop.
The reason to sell and find a new owner for this amazing spiritual businesses is we move away with the family.We have built and created this businesses with all our heart, soul and spend ages to make sure all is competitive and high quality.
The walls are manual painted by the artist Dan Leecatt.
We provide a large room upstairs with unique pieces of crystals, a cafe bar/ tea/ vegan cakes, a new decorated massage beauty room, plus another 2 treatments rooms downstairs.
There is nothing like this in Kent.
We sell with all fixtures and fittings but the inventory stock separate.The shop has a metal shutter, one toilet.
Being a seasonal city the turn over is high in the summer start with April until October. Since last year after shutdown, from August 2022 the turnover is very encouragin .
We have 2 employees and more than 6 people who work self-employed in our team who providethe treatments.

I offer all my experience and training for this business, suppliers etc.
Like a little story how we started :
We did opened in 2019, but my experience with business and treatments is over 15 years.
Between 2020-2022 was closed with Covid. We managed to reopen after August 2022. And the turnover was incredible for only this period . We have hundreds of clients which can be asked to join the new Shopify website.
Also the location is in high street CT9 1DT opposite with kfc, hot pot yoga, salsa dance.
We are looking for a new owner, a lovely family who believe in natural and wellbeing.
We believe Margate need this type of business which is unique, helpful for your energy, peace, tranquil.
The rent is £1100 per month plus utilities water and electricity. The space is owned by a family from London.The rental contract can be agreed of your wish for 3-5 years or more.
