I worked for an accountancy practice from April 2002 to May 2006. During this time I was trained and made a partner in the business. I left the business in May 2006 and started out on my own. I started with 20 clients in May 2006 and now have 44 clients that I provide services to. I have not advertised since I went in my own and have acquired all new clients through word of mouth.
Reasons for Selling
I have been approached by a buyer who is now struggling to raise the capital. Even though I didn’t consider selling until I was approached I would like to sell the business now as I have other interests now and would like to pursue them.
Many Clients are expanding their businesses and require more services which I am not qualified to provide.

Great clients who are very nice people and are always friendly and organised.
They listen to everything you explain to them and are very appreciative of any time you spend helping them.
They will always try and do whatever is required to enable their accounts to be sent in on time and in order.
With a few exceptions, they are timely with their paperwork.
Very little effort is required to get in touch with them. They are very responsive.
