The company makes all their own products and all are under their own label – they do not sell anyone else’s products. The products have been developed to fit into a niche in the market. There are about 200 products counting the various combinations of sizes. Over the years the business has changed from a mixture of mail order and supplying independent pharmacies, to one of mail order and retailing on-line.
There are 3 main ranges of products – essential oils, aromatherapy and cosmetic products (this is the bulk of the business) based on essential oils, and a range of natural food supplements. The company has established a trusted range of suppliers over the years for their raw materials. The products require no special machinery to make but a previous knowledge of this type of business would be almost essential in running the day-to-day affairs. We supply several third party web sites as well as having our own web site.
