I have owned the polish delicatessen in Warrington. I wanted to SELL the business (favourable conditions), but find no buyer so far. I closed down my shop 2 months ago due to personal reasons. That was new business. I still have to pay the rent, so I only want to find new owner who can run own business there.

I have to pay rent for a fridges and freezer £200 a month, so I wish I can find a person who will keep renting or will buy the fridges.
You can keep the polish store, but it will take a time to gain more customers, I found it difficulty, but I done the worst job. Or you can run for example the sandwich/ salad shop. The shop is well prepared for it.
2 tables, seats and customer's toilet are available, so this is suitable for eat in as well as take away.
My shop has been inspected and gained 5 stars in food hygiene.
The shop may needs more advertising, direction's signs, and maybe delivery service.
