(To confirm the credibility of this, and by way of example, Scotland currently supports 60 offices in a population of just over 5M).
Each office franchisee will recruit and support associates who build relationships with both buyers and sellers, and manage the property sales process (typically 10-20 per office).
The European operation has over 1500 franchisee offices, and in excess of 11,000 sales associates.
Asking Price: £250-300K dependent on region. Master Franchisee will also need working capital to develop the region. Some regions already have active office franchisees.
Revenue streams:
1) Each office franchisee pays a licence fee of £20K. The Regional Master Franchisee retains 70% of this.
