We wish to retire and emigrate to Thailand so offer for sale our long established family business, trading since 1996. We are fully licensed and opposite a busy theatre and cinema. It comes complete with all equipment, fixtures, fittings and stock. You also aquire our facebook page from which we have a lot of bookings . We operate with 4/6 staff so you have opportunity to employ people that are very experienced and already know the customers. We are willing to help train new owners if required so you can take over without it closing and make money from day one!
We have 38 covers that we often turn over more than twice in an evening and a busy take away and delivery service (which increased during the lockdowns). We have no competition in the county and are turning customers away every week.
Currently trading 5 days a week and we are still answering the phone when we are closed and turning business away so new owners have excellent opportunity to expand (The locals would be happy)!
Currently we take 5/7k a week, it was higher when we opened 7 days.
