HOURS OF OPENING:  Opening hours have been regularly modified over the past two years to suit the prevailing situation. Current hours are 11am to 5 pm Sunday to Friday and 10.30 am to 6pm Saturday.

TURNOVER: The business is currently run under management. The staff consists of one full time Manager and four part time employees.  The current average turnover amounts to approximately £2,800 per week.
